Devon’s approach.
Three decades inside the BBC taught Devon how to coach a presenter through their first live link, how to find the story in a messy interview, and how to help young people see their own potential without telling them what to think.
His mentoring practice draws on the same ear — listening hard, asking the right question, and meeting people where they actually are. Whether you’re a Year 9 inclusion-unit pupil or a freelance producer planning a pitch, the work is the same: build confidence, sharpen the craft, ship the thing.
